Transformation

The transformation that relates the conventional basis of the supergroup with the conventional basis of the subgroup is given as Transformation. For the case of non polar supergroup and polar group this matrix will contain a continuous parameter/s r,s, or t.

All of the data in the result from the pseudosymmetry search is presented with respect to the conventional basis of the group. The supergroup symmetry operations are transformed to the group basis using the matrix given in Transformation.
